It's official!! We are first time home owners. It is a very exciting and scary thing. After closing, we stopped at the new house on the way to our apartment. LaRee went up and down the stairs about a dozen times, hum, I wonder if that will ever get old for her?? She got excited when we went out to the backyard which tickled me to no end. I am most excited about our back yard and deck!!! hee hee. The pictures of the backyard and deck are the pictures posted by the previous owners. It is empty and sad for now. It is a 4 bedroom (2 master suites) with 3 and a half baths and 3 living areas. Yea space!!!

Congrats!! Welcome to homeownership...(we are not in that club currently...:)) Don't you love Texas and the house that you get for your money! AWESOME! We have thought about moving there for just that reason alone!! The house is beautiful! And I can imagine you are LOVING that yard coming from the coast where we have no yards! I long for that day again!! Plenty of room for guests! Just don't make it too comfortable for them or they never leave!! LOL J/K

ALRIGHT!!!! Of course I am absolutely THRILLED for ya'll!!! (did that sound Texan or what???) This is such exciting news and I wish, wish, wish I was there to attend your housewarming party (which I'm sure you'll be having because I'm positive you've made about a million new friends by now.....none of which are as truly wonderful as your old friends....but I digress....) Anyway, I want to see more pictures once you're all moved in and you have given it all of your homey touches! :-) Yea for the Latus!!!!
